A few decades into this work, and still finding real value in going back to the fundamentals. I recently completed the TTT Certification Program with ICTC Learning Solutions — not as a first step, but as a refresher. It gave me a sharper lens on practices I'd long taken for granted, and a few genuinely useful new perspectives on facilitation along the way. Experience can make us confident in our methods. Programs like this are a useful check on that confidence — and often a source of real growth, even at this stage. Training modules are very good. Facilitation can go to the next level when the trainer/facilitator applies all aspects mentioned in the training modules. This training provides moving from presenting to training. A perfect blueprint to create an impact and add value to your training programs.
